Jacqueline Mugo, the Executive Director of the Federation of Kenya Employers, speaks about her company’s role in helping change the negative perception on migrant workers. A board member of the Governing Body of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and a member of the Management Board of the International Organisation of Employers (IOE), she is also active as the Secretary-General of Business Africa Employers Confederation and the first Chairperson of the East African Employers’ Organization.
